Why a gluten free bakery?
Like many people living gluten-free, we've found the gluten-free products in shops to be expensive, but also pretty average.
So it's my mission to give the gluten-free population of Essex the opportunity to enjoy their baked goods, rather than endure them.
I'll keep adding more and more products as I discover exciting new recipes that I think you'll love and I'll also share as much information about living gluten-free in the blog.
